Alain Giraud
The affable Alain Giraud headed the kitchen at L.A.’s legendary Citrus after the departure of fellow Frenchman Michel Richard. He then conceived some of the greatest tasting menus in L.A. dining history at the acclaimed Bastide, creating magic from relatively simple concepts, then turned his attention to casual classics at Anisette Brasserie. His newest venture is Maison Giraud in Pacific Palisades, a casual restaurant designed to be an integral part of daily life in the neighborhood.
