Micah Wexler

micah-wexlerMicah Wexler, a native of the San Fernando Valley started his career at age 15 with Gino Angelini at Vincenti Ristorante and honed his skills under Joël Robuchon in New York City before returning to L.A. to work at Craft with Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio. As executive chef at Mezze, he creates a contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine executed with French technique and maintains his own garden behind the restaurant.
