Native Texan Casey Lane arrived from Portland a few years ago and shook things up at The Tasting Kitchen in Venice with his daily-changing menu that reflects the excitement of market-driven spontaneity. Next year the 29-year-old phenom is scheduled to open a West Hollywood pastaria called Itri and The Parish, a downtown gastropub.
