kris-morningstarKris Morningstar has worked with some of L.A.’s finest chefs, including fellow Picnic Club alums Suzanne Goin at A.O.C., Jason Travi at Opaline and Neal Fraser at Grace. He pioneered the downtown dining scene at Blue Velvet, and was part of the Hollywood Renaissance at District and Mercantile. At the Patina Group’s Ray’s & Stark Bar on the LACMA campus, he creates an imaginative contemporary cuisine while maintaining his own vegetable gardens.
