A protégé of the great Guy Savoy, David Féau is the opening chef de cuisine at The Royce, the newly-minted high-end dining room at Pasadena’s historic Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa. The French-born Féau, who also worked for the Patina Group at Café Pinot in downtown L.A., offers an intriguing menu that includes both traditional and avant-garde concepts. Succeeding Michael Voltaggio, Féau works some molecular gastronomy magic of his own.
