A protégé of cutting-edge superchef Ferran Adrià (El Bulli), Andrés’ D.C. operations include Jaleo, Café Atlantico and minibar, among others, and Jaleo and China Poblano in Las Vegas. In L.A., he shows off his unique skills and imagination at The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel, and its adjoining Saam, dedicated to the chef’s elaborate tasting menus.
