In 2005 he was named executive chef at Fig & Olive, one of Manhattan’s hottest new restaurants. With the West Hollywood edition of Fig & Olive opening earlier this year, Angelenos have been able to witness Lorange’s passion for clean Mediterranean flavors extracted through superb ingredients.
