Andrew Kirschner

As a young chef, Andrew Kirschner was mentored by Arnold Wong at San Francisco’s EOS and worked at the renowned Aspen hotel, The Little Nell. In L.A., he sharpened his skills under chef Joe Miller at Venice’s acclaimed Joe’s Restaurant and eventually landed the position of executive chef at Wilshire. Tar & Roses, the chef’s new restaurant, showcases a soulful, ingredient-driven cuisine in a casual environment in Kirschner’s hometown of Santa Monica.
