Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan

Josh Loeb met Zoe Nathan when she was hired as the pastry chef at his Santa Monica restaurant, Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen. The rest, as they say, is history and the now husband-and-wife team have gone on to open Huckleberry, a bakery/café in Santa Monica, and Sweet Rose Creamery at the Brentwood Country Mart. Loeb’s menu at Rustic Canyon is inspired by local farmers, ranchers and fishermen using sustainable practices, while Nathan’s desserts range from delicate to decadent.
